Of course, it's these strategies that got me here so far. I think new players would read it if it was made. I notice some courses don't have much information for setting good times. | Yeah, that would be great if you could write some course guides. If you post them here or PM then to a mod, they will get added to the guides section. I got one new time a few days ago: Red Canyon: Peak Jump 1'34"18 Twin Noritta 100% Best lap: 18"11 |
Ok. I'll do that. Should I just do course guides or could I make a completely new topic with information other than courses, like what machines to practice with and techniques for better performance, like around sharp corners?
By the way, I got some new times. It seems I've gotten really good this time.
Sand Ocean: Caterpillar
Lap 1: 22"30
Lap 2: 6"94
Lap 3: 6"87
Lap 4: 6"75
Lap 5: 6"84
Total Time: 0'49"70
Yeah, I did it. After several tries, I finally managed to go sub 50"00. Plus, my laps are below 7"00. I used the same machine and settings as last time.
Sand Ocean: Caterpillar II
Lap 1: 21"45
Lap 2: 7"08
Lap 3: 6"98
Lap 4: 7"02
Lap 5: 7"05
Total Time: 0'49"58
Yeah, I guess I wanted to do the other version as well. Once again, Twin Noritta at 85%, I think. It's somewhere in the 80-85% range. The only difference in this course is the first lap. The rest are like the same as the first course. I have some work to do to try to get these times under 7"00.
EDIT: Here's another:
Red Canyon: Junction II
Lap 1: 18"27
Lap 2: 15"23
Lap 3: 15"34
Lap 4: 15"13
Lap 5: 15"10
Total Time: 1'19"07
The main improvement here was actually the 4th lap. I actually found a way to complete the race, WITHOUT using the Pit Area running along the south-eastern tip of the track. I conserved enough energy to use just two Pit Areas in all five laps.
